Online Booking Form
When you schedule an appointment by booking via our link, we collect personal information from you to complete the booking. We may collect information like your:

Phone number
Details relating to your appointment (for example, who referred you)
Files you uploaded
We share this information with Squarespace, our scheduling service provider, so that they can provide online booking services to us.
Webform
When you submit information to this website via webform, we collect the data requested in the webform in order to track and respond to your submissions. We share this information with Squarespace, our online store hosting provider, so that they can provide website services to us.

Data Processing - Legal Aspect
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:
(a) Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting sarah@die-monde.com
(b) We have a contractual obligation. We have a contract that requires us to process your data in order to comply with our obligations or specific counter-obligations eg. processing payment details. Or we do not yet have a contract but you have asked us to do something as a first step eg. provide a quote.
(c) We have a legal obligation. This may include but is not limited to insurances, consent and licensing requirements set out by Cornwall County Council or the relevant council if working as a guest tattoo artist.
(d) We have a vital interest. For example, if you are involved in a medical emergency at our tattoo studio that requires emergency medical care eg. providing your information to an ambulance crew.
(f) We have a legitimate interest. We may process information on the basis there is a legitimate interest, either to you or to us, of doing so.
How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored.
We keep the aforementioned information for a period of up to three years from the conclusion of service provision matters. This is due to regulatory reasons and limitation periods in respect of any future claims or complaints and to ensure our business records are adequate to maintain the requisite levels of insurance to protect our clients and non-clients. We will then dispose of your information securely by permanent deletion unless you have consented to receive marketing communications.

Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
